community since 1996.
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of care through well-trained staff, honest and dependable work, and an unwavering pursuit of quality. We hope for your fast recovery and that you will be able to be as independent as possible.
The Medicare program provides coverage to patients who are homebound and require intermittent skilled care. The RN will work with you, your family, and your attending physician regarding your plan of care, treatment, and goals. We will assist in training you and your family regarding your health care, and together, we will evaluate your progress toward your treatment goals.
Our primary concern is, of course, your health. For your convenience, we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are also open during the week during normal business hours. Our office hours are as follows:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
