Community Care

Save Home Care, Inc. provides a variety of home care services. These services are for clients whose health problems limit them from performing daily activites like food preperation, cleaning, laundry, grooming, etc. To view each service home page, click on the links below. We provide a variety of personal assistance services for our community.

- Community Based Alternatives
The Community Based Alternative (CBA) program provides home and community-based services to aged and disabled adults as cost-effective alternatives to institutional care in nursing facilities.

This service provides personal assistance services, skilled nursing care, durable medical equipement, and physical therapy to name a few.

- Primary Home Care
This program is a nontechnical, medically related personal care service that is open to Medicaid-eligible adults and children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. PHC services are provided by an attendant.

PHC provider agencies also provide Community Attendant Services and Family Care services. These services are also nonskilled, nontechnical services provided to eligible clients who are functionally limited in performing daily activities. Family care does not require a practitioner's statement of medical need.

This program is for clients who do not have social security to cover services.

- Family Care
Family Care is a nonskilled, nontechnical attendant care service for eligible adults who are functionally limited in performing activities of daily living. Primary Home Care provider agencies have the option of providing these services. Family Care services are provided by an attendant and do not require the supervision of a registered nurse.

With FC you do not need a doctor's statement for services.

- Community Attendant Services
Community Attendant Services is a non-technical, medically related personal care service that is available to eligible adults and children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. Services are provided by an attendant.

This program is for clients who have social security, but not enough to cover services.

- Personal Assistance Services (Private Pay Services)
Some clients do not qualify for PHC because they surpass the maximum finacial eligibility requirement. Therefore, these clients are allowed to privately pay for personal assistance services from us. We provide nonskilled, nonthechnical attendant care services for adults who are functionally limited in perfomring activities of daily living. We price our rates competitively and hand-pick out PAS attendants so that you recieve the most quality of care in your home.
